Registration Options
OPTION 1 – FULL CONFERENCE: Full conference registration includes: 5 days of workshops, attendance at the Scientific Program and awards dinner.
– After your payment has been received, we will issue a receipt and you will receive an email to select your daily workshops once the schedule is complete.
OPTION 2 – 5-DAY QEEG WORKSHOP: Registration includes: the 5-day workshop, attendance at the Scientific Program and awards dinner.

OPTION 3 – INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS/ SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM/AWARDS DINNER: Select individual events you wish to attend.
– When registering for SPECIFIC DAYS ONLY, you will select any workshop days and/or events you wish to attend by entering the quantity for each type of event.
Example for two workshop days and the Scientific Program, you select:
1-day workshop – Quantity 2
Scientific Program – Quantity 1
As you add menu items, the total cost be calculated. Please note, if selecting multiple events, it may be less expensive to register for the full conference.

This year the BFE will process registration payments and issue receipts. Payment can be made with a credit card, or via bank transfer (ENSURING ALL FEES ARE PAID BY THE SENDER). Please read the additional information below, including our cancellation policy, before registering.
If you are registering as an undergraduate student, be sure to check the box for that option on the registration form.
Important Registration Information
There are three ways to register for the BFE 25th Meeting:
FULL CONFERENCE: Select this option if you plan to attend all six days of the conference. (Full conference registration includes 5 days of workshops, the Scientific Program and the Awards Dinner.)
5-DAY QEEG WORKSHOP: Select this option to attend 5-day workshop. (This registration includes the workshop, the Scientific Program and the Awards Dinner.)

À LA CARTE REGISTRATION: If you are not attending the full conference, please select the payment options that correspond to the parts of the meeting you wish to attend. For attendance at multiple workshops, please be sure to indicate the quantity of one and/or two day workshops you plan to attend.
Note: If you are attending several workshops, it may be more economical to register for the full conference. As you add your selections to the registration form, please note the total amount at the bottom to make this determination.
Once the workshop schedule has been finalized, you will receive a form to confirm your workshop selections.

To qualify for the student rate, proof of enrollment MUST be provided within 1 week of registration.
After registering, and once the workshop program is finalized, you will be contacted by the BFE via email to select your workshops.
In exceptional circumstances where an attendee is unable to attend the meeting, a refund may be considered. For approved cancellations received by January 15, 2027, a 100 euros administrative fee will apply. It is regretted that for cancellations made after January 15, 2027, or for no-shows at the conference, there are no refunds.
The BFE reserves the right to change or cancel any session or workshop in the final program. If a workshop is cancelled, you will be offered a place in another workshop of your choice. In the rare instance the entire conference is cancelled, a refund will be provided, less a 25 euros administration fee. The BFE is not responsible for reimbursing any costs incurred for travel, accommodations, or any other related expenses.

🚫 Harassment-Free Experience
- – Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- – This includes unwelcome sexual attention, offensive comments, or deliberate exclusion.
📸 Privacy & Consent
- – By attending the BFE Meeting, participants acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed during sessions and events. These images may be used by the organizing committee for promotional purposes, including online and social media platforms.
- – To protect the integrity of the meeting and the intellectual property of the presenters, audio and video recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
- – To protect the privacy of attendees, always seek permission before photographing others.
- – Respect requests for anonymity or confidentiality, especially during sensitive sessions.
📍 Accountability
- – Anyone asked to stop inappropriate behavior is expected to comply immediately.
- – Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and notification to affiliated institutions.
