About Chelsea Roff
Chelsea Roff is the Founder and Executive Director of the Eat Breathe Thrive Foundation for Eating Disorders, a charity working to prevent and help people recover from eating disorders. As a community-based researcher and certified yoga therapist, her work focuses on developing and evaluating interventions that integrate embodied practices, psychological skills, and peer support to improve outcomes in eating disorder care. She has collaborated with academic partners on multiple studies, including two international randomized controlled trials evaluating Eat Breathe Thrive’s interventions. Her work also examines ethical and policy issues in the care of people with longstanding eating disorders; including assisted death, mental capacity, and compulsory treatment. Based in the UK, she continues to advance research that informs both community-based interventions and ethical approaches to complex eating disorder care.
